Nashville!

My friend Sharley and I just went to Nashville this past weekend to visit my new little niece Caitlin and my family.  But for Shar it was her first time going to Nashville so we had to take her downtown as well!

We had a great time going downtown! We walked broadway and 2nd avenue and stopped in at the Wild Horse Saloon for a little fun! We also went to a comedy club as well as boot shopping! I didn't think I was going to get another pair mainly just looking for Sharley, but then it was just such a good deal that I just had to get another pair! So my brother Dustin, Sharley and I all got a pair of boots!

Spending time with family never gets old for me! I loved meeting my new niece! She is so sweet and so tiny! But I love her to pieces already! It was also good to see my brother Wes and his wife Stacey and their kids Seth and Chloe. It's always hard to live so far apart, but this is our life for now while Sam is serving in the military.

I'm officially a blogger!

Well after one of my best friends telling me how wonderful blogs are for family and friends out of state, as well as for myself to look back on, I have finally started! I was a little worried about doing this thinking my blogs wouldn't be interesting or knowing what to write about. But after my friend Sarah helped me set my page up I'm excited to start! So bare with me in case they are just crazy random topics! :) But with that said a lot has been going on in our life lately so stay tuned for more blogs!
